It's better out West. Adventures from our home in Colorado Springs and our cabin in the mountains. Gardening, prepping, dog wrangling, ranting, etc. I can't promise anything here is useful but it's our way-back machine. You just might find some nice photo's, recipes, and ideas.

18 degrees!
the ground wasn't frozen yet but the road up to the top was closed. Closed roads never stopped me from getting somewhere, especially when I have 2 feet. Breaking trail in up to 18 inches of snow was awesome. My neighbor had a blast laughing at my antics, but we got out and about while most people are huddled up inside.

ReplyDeletemax - you are a nutter! jambaloney likes to be out in the cold and snow -me, i am most people - huddled up in my thermal longjohns, nightgown, housecoat and fuzzy slippers drinking warm tea...enjoying the picturesque view from my window.
and i won't be surprised to see you jogging or snow-shoeing by this winter. i won't be surprised at all. be sure to wave eh?
