18 degrees!

the ground wasn't frozen yet but the road up to the top was closed. Closed roads never stopped me from getting somewhere, especially when I have 2 feet. Breaking trail in up to 18 inches of snow was awesome. My neighbor had a blast laughing at my antics, but we got out and about while most people are huddled up inside.

  1. 11 tonight, the last 2 mommas kidded today, so 5 baby goats.

  2. YIKES!

we haven't seen a flake yet and only 1 frost so far... you sure don't let the weather slow you down - ya nutter ;-)

  3. Congrats on the babies Mudbug, good thing they waited for the cold to creep in first!

It's going to be in the 60's or higher this weekend so I will be running in slush splashing around like I'm back in 3rd grade.

  4. congrats mudbug - so happy for you!

max - you are a nutter! jambaloney likes to be out in the cold and snow -me, i am most people - huddled up in my thermal longjohns, nightgown, housecoat and fuzzy slippers drinking warm tea...enjoying the picturesque view from my window.

and i won't be surprised to see you jogging or snow-shoeing by this winter. i won't be surprised at all. be sure to wave eh?

    your friend,
